At Jup Jewels, we craft timeless pieces designed to last — but a little care goes a long way in preserving their beauty.

Our jewelry is made using 12k antique gold as well as 14k gold filled materials. Below is how to best care for each gold: 

12K Antique Gold Jewelry:

  • Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep your antique gold away from perfumes, hairsprays, chlorine, and household cleaning agents, which can erode finishes or dull their shine.

  • Gentle Cleaning Only: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe after wear. For deeper cleaning, lightly dampen a cloth with water.

  • Store Thoughtfully: Keep items in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches. Store each piece separately to maintain its patina and avoid tangling.

Gold-Filled Jewelry:

  • Water-Friendly (with care): Gold-filled jewelry is more durable than gold-plated, but it’s still best to remove before swimming or showering to preserve its finish.

  • Clean Regularly: Gently clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly before storing.

  • Everyday Wear: These pieces are designed for daily use but avoid constant exposure to lotions and sweat for long-lasting shine.

Warranty & Repairs

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece.

Warranty Policy:

All Jup Jewels items come with a 60-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Loose charms or faulty clasps

This does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Tarnishing due to improper care

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Damage from accidents, improper cleaning, or exposure to chemicals

If your case requires a replacement item that is no longer available, we will send you store credit for the same amount of your original piece.  

At Jup Jewels, we understand that every individual’s skin chemistry is unique. Factors such as pH levels, body oils, and personal care routines can affect how jewelry reacts when worn — potentially leading to tarnishing or discoloration over time.

Because these reactions are influenced by individual skin composition, they are not considered a defect in the product. We recommend taking this into account before making a purchase, especially if you have experienced sensitivities or reactions to metal jewelry in the past.
