Yes! If you are local to Auburn and would rather pick up your pieces, email shopjupjewels@shopjupjewels.com and we will get you a free shipping code! Once your order is ready, we will send you the pickup address! Please expect 1-3 days for orders to be available for pickup. 

When your order status is in the "Order Processing" phase, this means that your pieces are being assembled and getting ready to ship out. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email notification that it is on the way!

There is a flat fee of $10 dollars for all domestic shipping.

Once your order is shipped out, plan to receive your package within 1-4 days, we are not responsible for any shipment delays caused by carriers.

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping, but we try to get all orders out as fast as possible

If you need to change the delivery address of your order, email shopjupjewels@shopjupjewels.com within 2 hours of your purchase and we will get it changed for you!

If you wish to make a change to your order, email shopjupjewels@shopjupjewels.com within 2 hours of your purchase on what changes you would like to make! We are happy to make things right for you!

We can not cancel an order once it is placed, as we most likely have already started crafting your order!

If your package is lost, delayed, or missing, this is not our responsibility. Please file a claim with the carrier of your package.
